Tuesday Fellowship Suppers
Tuesday Fellowship Suppers are held each Tuesday evening from 6:15-7:00 pm. Please invite a neighbor, friend or commuter buddy to be a part of this fabulous, catered meal. Two volunteers are needed at 4:00 pm and two volunteers at 6:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to collect service hours! Please contact Libby Barricks to volunteer at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the church office. Reservations must be made each week before noon on Monday to Libby by email or phone. Supper is $5.00 per person. Please sign up ahead of time to ensure adequate food!
Yoga is offered for $5.00 a session every Thursday night at 7 pm and ending at 8:30pm. Most weeks we meet in the Fellowship Hall but when large groups need the space, we meet in the Youth Activity room. Our certified instructor is Anna Kim. To participate, please bring a yoga mat, many students use yoga blocks and bring a container of water. No reservations needed, just come, first lesson is free.
Morning Exercise Classes
Morning Exercise classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10:00 am in the Multi-Purpose Room under the direction of Emi Feril. Emi is wonderful instructor, inspiring the class in movement, begins each class with prayer and ends with prayer concerns. The group is open to men or women and the cost is $40.00 for an 8 session block of lessons. The class lasts about one hour. Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes to participate.
