Every Thursday evening, two yoga classes are offered at FUMC.

  • 6:30-7pm: Laughing Yoga is an opportunity to focus on your laughter, using all those muscles in your abdomen and releasing all the troubles of your day as you focus on the art of laughter! No special equipment is needed, wear comfortable clothes and bring an open heart.
  • At 7:00 pm, Ann Kim, our certified instructor, leads us through 90 minutes of classic yoga poses including a delightful 10 minute conclusion of shavasana to totally relax before leaving class.

These classes are $5.00 per session. Registration in advance is not required, just bring $5.00, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and enjoy. No skills required. All instruction is provided.
